There are four entrances into the property:
The main, front door.
The rear, backdoor to the carport via the kitchen.
The rear, backdoor to the side yard, via the kitchen.
The rear, backdoor to the garage, via the kitchen.
All doors in the laundry room have deadbolt locks on them. The kitchen door is locked via an old skeleton key. The front door does not have a key and must be locked from the inside. To lock, simply twist the brass knob counterclockwise until it latches. In colder weather, the lock may be difficult to latch. While door is closed, lift the door up slightly to latch the lock.
The rear backdoor to the carport features a keyless entry with touch screen. Tap the screen and input your code to enter. To lock, press and hold the # key. You may need to lift the door slightly while the door is shut in order for the lock mechanism to latch properly.
If you forget your keycode, or there is an error with the keypad, use the realtor lock box located on the brick immediately to the left of the rear entry door.
Do not change the code, or remove the key as maintenance and property managers use this key to access the property.
